How long it takes to get delivered a custom hoodie?
Delivery time inside Dhaka 3-4 days. Outside Dhaka 5-7 days.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, you can pay cash on delivery. But we require 100 taka advance just to confirm your custom order, rest of the amount you can pay when you receive your products.
What is the Exchange / return / refund policy?
At Customizely, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find any issues with the fabric or print of your product, we are happy to offer an exchange. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you check the product upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving it.
Since each product is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, if we fail to deliver your order or are unable to process an exchange for any reason, we will issue a full refund of your order amount.
